- The product image handling was inconsistent. The tool pulled images from URLs correctly about 80% of the time. The other 20% showed broken thumbnails with no clear reason why some URLs worked and others did not.
- The customization editor feels clunky compared to modern page builders. Simple changes like adjusting font sizes required navigating nested menus instead of using direct text editing.
